- Bulb America service was terrific and speedy. We bought to add another dimmer to our DP-415 system, for considerably less than another DP-415 would cost. However for dimming, the unit responds slower, more than half a second behind, making obvious step-changes as we slid our slider, rather than smooth dimming of the DP-415. We got away with it for our show because we activated those added lights more slowly, whereas for our main lights we made sure they were on the DP-415. Didn't try any DMX features.
