1. Good and clear website (I like the fact that you have clear pics, which allows me to compare products, so I know I'm ordering a replacement that at least looks identical to the one I need to replace).
2. Ordering is easy.
3. Product was well packed (which is important for products like these, that are prone to breakage).
4. I received my product within a couple of days.
5. Clear Receipt was present in the package.
Best of all: the bulbs were REALLY cheap compared to all the other stuff I found on the web (not to mention the outrageous price I pay at the dealership!).
