This is a pretty decent light when paired with a 75W bulb. I was hesitant about such an inexpensive price, but the build quality is actually good. I wish the power cord and side knobs were white too, but for this price I'm just going to paint that myself.
It's a good accent light, though can be used for a spot light for video if the subject is 3-4M (~10ft) away. Any further away and use a PAR38 or PAR64.
