Review: For a portable dimmer, this unit had everything I was looking for. It has (2) 20-amp dedicated cords. Each plug is clearly labeled to tell you the max amperage allowed. The onboard LED/menu is clearly laid out, and easy to learn.
One thing that helps (and is not spelled out in the manual), is a little light that flashes when is receives a signal from the controller. My new controller was faulty, and this feature helped verify when I was getting a signal, and when it wasn't.
Overall, it's easy to program and a sturdy built dimmer.
