Everything about this order has been fine, with the exception of some confusion when I entered a shipping address different that my billing address. I appreciated the follow-up to validate the difference between my billing address and the shipping address. Ended up purchasing nearly double the number of bulbs I had intended to take advantage of the free ground shipping since the ground shipping cost was nearly equal to that of the dollar amount of the order. While that was quite disappointing (given the weight and size of the ultimate package, I guess I ultimately came out ahead. I would pay close attention to that before I order again.
