Though this dimmer pack is a good value when you're running high wattage instruments at more than 20%, if you go below that, with either wattage or percentage, you get flickering, and if you go much below 20% they may cut out altogether.
However, Bulb America the company was great with me as far as handling my issues with the dimmer pack, and i give them a big thumbs up.
