This MATRIX Stage 24ch. digital DMX light controller can control 24 light channels and gives total dimmer control over all 24 outputs.It features 48 easily programmable memories with a storage capacity for 99 different light effect scenes per memory.
It can be set on automatic control or on music control via the built-in microphone or via an external audio signal. The speed and fade time for the running light are also selectable.
The digital DMX-512 control uses addresses for the individual control of the connected light units. These outgoing addresses are pre-set to the numbers 1 to 24.

I own a theatrical lighting and sound rental and production company and as a result own several control boards. Most of the smaller companies I work with do not have a budget for the various (expensive) control boards out there and are looking for functionality without massive rental costs. This board fills that requirement VERY well. Programable scenes, multiple pages, haven't found a show yet that the lighting effects/scenes don't fit. It is now our top in-house board as it beats out the others in regards to the ability to store chases on a memory and a set scene on others. Just built a rolling ocean (greens, blues, movement fades and builds) in a single memory and used it as a great undersea background for a great rendition of Little Mermaid. Current plans are to purchase additional and to recommend to several local groups that this board is a great "back up board for their venues. ( Several use the "true" scene setter 48 and this would be a great life saver for them - no training !!) Hope to add an update in a couple of months to complete review BUT I currently rate this board an A+++++ for ease of use, functionality and fantastic price. I paid much more for the controller I replaced with the Matrix Stage 24 DMX... I have more functions for less cash and could not be happier. I use this in our church for the overall lighting. It is always ready and is great when using the sound activated button. You should see the lights dance to the music. ( Sorry kinda got in the moment). Any way you can not go wrong getting this controller. We buy all our lighting needs from BulbAmerica because of the quality. I love the features and functions of this system. But the screen printed words and dividing lines on the panel are a bit fuzzy in places, and in some places bits of the paint are non-existant.
