Ordered two that were shipped together wrapped in paper. No padding, no protection. They rubbed against each other and arrived very scratched up.

I currently put 50-100 lbs on a long cross bar at the top of a speaker tripod extended to 10 ft.
Very nice design, though the execution is not quite as good.
Nice solid base and the lifting is great.
A little tinkering made a significant difference in smoothness of function and reliability.
This will make my lighting life a lot easier.

This crank up stand is by far the best stand you will find no meter how much you are looking for. I have using stand for years; however this is the first I found to be so reliable, really heavy duty stand and very easy to work with.Feature Overall Value Quality
