Outstanding. Ordered 12 of these bulbs and two of them popped when installed. Contacted Customer Service by email and within 2 hours had a shipping order number of 2 replacement bulbs being sent out. Great product, ship time was great. Only thing I would say is that if you are going to ship 12 bulbs in two separate boxes, you would let me know that via email. Also, save the box and packing, ship it all at once! Thank you. I will order again from you when I need this specialized bulb.
