Product Review (submitted on December 13, 2012):: Outstanding. Ordered 12 of these bulbs and two of them popped when installed. Contacted Customer Service by email and within 2 hours had a shipping order number of 2 replacement bulbs being sent out. No questions asked. Its all about customer service when I deal online.
