They informed me what was going on with my bulbs and were very nice. I received my OSRAM 50w PAR20 NFL30 E26 Halogen Light Bulb in perfect condition and they look good. Found these exact same lights at a specialty lighting store, but the pricing was more than double. After ordering I received a phone call increasing the pricing. They said the pricing I originally received was only for the military. Minor inconvenience, and still much less than the specialty shop. I needed to order replacements for bulbs put into our ceiling cannons by the developer who did a gut rehab on our house. I had never seen any of these at local places (local hardware stores, local lighting stores, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.).Feature Quality Value Overall
Ordered from Bulb America, got a lot of emails about what the status of my order way, including an email saying that they had been left at my house.
