The Osram Sylvania PAR30 lamp uses 75 watts and 120 volts. It is a Wide Flood Light and has a 50 degree beam spread. The base has a Medium E26 screw in socket, Which can be useful but also needs to accommodate the long neck that this lamp uses. This lamp is also a halogen light bulb, with a lifespan of 2500 hours.
