This puts out a LOT of light, and heat, I guess that's why it's not sealed. The light pattern shows the filament, it's a sharper effect than some of the more diffused 50w bulbs, but a broad spot with lots of illumination.. (Posted on 10/30/07)Feature Quality Value Overall
