OSRAM SYLVANIA ELH 300w light bulb

- the bulb looks great, but I can't figure out how to put it in. (Like a fool I took the old one out weeks ago). It's a kodak ecktographic slide projector AF-2. Then, I dropped the bulb and I threw away the discount coupon you sent. Your service was excellent until I tried to put in the bulb. Can you help? I can't really rate these.
