Representative spent the time to determine the appropriate substitute for a bulb that I was having difficulty finding. Although I had some reservations that the substitute would do the job they were confident that the bulb would be satisfactory and promised that full refund would be made if it didn't work. Help on the phone was great! I was trying to replace an unusual bulb, and couldn't find the same one on line. Your customer service agent was very thorough and helpful - and although the original bulb is no longer available, he found the "newer version". Bulbs were sent quickly and, although smaller in size, they seem to work great! Thanks for all your help - I will definitely be back for future orders!
