    How to request a RMA


    Returns & Exchanges

    If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, BulbAmerica.com has a easy new online Returns system to help expedite the process. We will handle your return by either promptly exchanging the item, issuing a credit or a refund.

    Terms & Conditions

    The following terms and conditions apply to RMAs and exchanges:

    • We will accept returns within 15 days of your receipt. Exceptions to this are damaged and defective items, which have their own return policy (see below).
    • Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with manufacturer's original packaging.
    • Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.
    • Returning new items in their original condition due to other reasons, such as dissatisfaction, will result in a 15% restocking fee, which will be charged from the total order.
    • In no event shall BulbAmerica’s liability exceed the purchase price paid (if any), including shipping costs (if applicable), for the products available for sale on our web site.
    • Damaged products: If a package arrives and is damaged, please notify us via email at support@bulbamerica.com, or call our customer service line TOLL FREE 24/7 at (888) 505-2111. Claims against a common shipping carrier must be made by us.
    • Save all packaging for any claims.
    • International Sales are Final and non-refundable.
    • All TV lamps and projectors lamps are completely covered under our 90-day warranty. Warranty does not cover: shipping costs, improper installation including damages incurred while attempting installation, any installation or labor costs, lamps damaged by TV/projector malfunction, damage due to abuse, lightning or acts of nature, misuse, electrical stress or power surges, loss of use, lost profits.
    • Demo or Used products which were sold through the Clearance Center can NOT be returned or refunded.
    • Due to their seasonal nature, we do not accept returns on Christmas / Holiday / Event items.
