I ordered for the first time and after I purchased my par64 bulbs I was notified that they were out of stock. I thought I would be told that I would have to wait for a shipment blah blah blah. Well, to my surprise, they offered me a better quality bulb at the same price. I was very happy with the quick response to my order as well as the solution they offered.
