- I called late on a friday afternoon. I could tell that the staff was on their way out the door. She even had to log back in to her computer to help me place the order. Regardless, the entire time, i never felt rushed. She took the time to clarify and double check the order. Honestly, i havent even used the bulbs yet. I was just happy with the service.
