When I first began looking for this bulb, there was alot of confusing information out there, as the G23 base has four different configurations, G23, GX23, G23-2, GX23-2. I found all the information I needed at Bulb America, and customer service was very quick to answer my question on the Kelvin temperature of 6500K, since I was looking for a daylight/mood improving bulb, with this lamp being right over my workbench for electronics, where color clarity is important for reading fine print on PCBs, resistors, and SMD components. After determining the exact bulb base I was looking for, a GX23, I was able to price out this SUNLITE model with Bulb America the ONLY 13w 6500k I could find online that didn't ship from China.
