When I first started looking for replacement bulbs I wasn't really sure what I needed. The info on the existing bulbs was incomplete and the previous owner didn't leave any information. Your web site gave me enough information to identify which bulbs would work and the quantity discount led to a great price. Audrey in customer service called less than 24 hours after I ordered to question why my billing address was different from the delivery address. I'm very glad she did and was impressed with her attention to detail.

Great Service Notice

Without any difficulty your company replaced what I thought was a faulty bulb. After receiving the replacement, the new bulb failed to light. It appears something electrical is malfunctioning. If that is the case, I will return the bulb not only for you to keep but I will not look for a refund.

SUNLITE 10W 120V Globe G11 E12 Incandescent Light Bulb

Unfortunately, this is NOT the correct bulb for the Small Candle Wax Warmers... the bulb is too tall by about 1/4 of an inch. The prior reviewer neglected to mention this.

BulbAmerica is a responsive company

Due to some foul-up, PayPal inadvertently switched the shipping address on my LED light bulb order. I fired off an email to BulbAmerica describing what had happened and they corrected the shipping address before the order was processed. The bulbs arrived in a couple of days in good shape and now light up my home office desk.
