Fast and efficient process
Custemer Service was efficient and packing and dispatch accurate.
Please do not use Postal Service for delivery to Italy: absolutely inefficient (20 days to receive goods after customs import procedure). Recommended any other forwarding agent even if not for express service.

bulbamerica shipped my order next day (apparently they know how fedex does business my order was triple boxed with lot's of packing material) The bulbs arrived in perfect condition and Bulbamerica will be my only source of lighting from now on.

I purchased wrong bulbs. I am 69 and blind in one eye. Customers service corrected me and swapped correct bulbs and educated me about 100 watt bulbs currently.
