Simply put, the Eurostar series is the best standard model MR-16 lamp on the market today. Have you ever seen a lighting application where the "MR-16 lamps" range from pink, to orange and green? That is because of the inferior reflective coatings on those lamps. Eurostar lamps utilize a multilayer titanium oxide coating which is much more durable than dichroic coatings found on competitors lamps. Unlike other manufacturers who only use this particular TIO2 coating on their premium lamps, USHIO manufactures every lamp in this processes. Even the standard Eurostar lamps which ensures consistent color throughout the lamp’s life.
