The new DLS56 from NICOR is the perfect LED downlight for surface mount applications. The DLS56 can easily be installed into a 4/0 J-box and perfectly sized to be compatible in most 5 and 6 inch recessed housings. Upgrading to energy efficient LED lighting has never been easier, or more affordable. This DLS56 retrofit produces 3000K color temperature and draws only 15 watts of energy while improving light output to over 1022 lumens. With a 94+ CRI rating and an R9 value greater than 50, the DLS56 is among the highest rated products in terms of light output-quality and efficiency. The DLS56 is also dimmable to 10% and suitable for use in wet locations.
