Dimmable CFL Flood works well Review by Mark Orvek

Overall
The GE dimmable CFL Flood works well. It provides as much, if not more, light than a standard flood at the same wattage but at 1/4 the power consumption. It does take 1-2 minutes to reach full brightness from turn on but that is acceptable (and has nothing to due with the dimming feature). The dimming feature works very well. The color of the light is slightly more blue than a standard flood. Overall, a good value. Service was excellent.

GE dimmable significantly better than Sylvania Review by Deborah Bleviss

Overall
I was originally sent this product when I called to complain that the Sylvania dimmable bulbs I had previously ordered were burning out in less than a month, and often in just a few days. The GE product has held up much better so far (operating about a month), but beware that dimmable fluorescent still have a phenomenal early burnout rate rendering them non-cost-effective!
