The crank up stands are amazing and will help out alot when lifting the truss but the problem is, the ends of the truss, the plastic peices, all 4 of them cracked when i put them on therefor making the truss unsafe and nonusable. Overall, I am very happy with the truss/light stands. It was a little difficult to set up because of the ring at the ends of the truss. One of the "T" bars was dented and one "T" connector was missing. I broke/cracked three of the connectors when I was setting it up for the first time. BulbAmerica replaced everything. I cut the ring off the end of the truss, sanded a soft edge on the inside diameter edge on all the connectors so the pipe slides in more easily. After I set the truss onto the stand, I use a cable to secure the truss to the stand, taking the place of the ring. You can't get a better deal than this!! I have 8 PAR 46 ACL's, a 750W strobe and Scorpion laser on it and I still have room for more!! (Posted on 11/10/11)Feature Overall Value Quality - great product Review by javier

i was very pleased with this item. it shipped very fast! but as i assembled it, it appeared that one of the t bars was used and had dents in it from a previous light set up. i wasn't too worried because i wasn't going to use them and have the ability to fix it. but it still makes me feel a little ripped off. but for the price and shipping speed im happy. i also did not contact the company about this problem. i am only mentioning it here in the review. What a wonderful bit of gear, The only suggestion I can make is to check the tightness of the cable connectors inside the crank up stand. When they arrived I had to reconnect each on both stands before the crank up part would work. That aside I am very pleased with my purchase and plan to buy another set up in the near future. Also a shout out to Felix, my sales rep who has done your company proud and has taken the time to help a small but growing sound and light company make the most of its resources.He is a credit to the business and a big help.
