The answer to this question depends on the circumstances of your returning of the product. (A) If you are returning the product because we shipped you the wrong one or a defective one or any other reasons originating with our distribution of the product we will fully pay for the shipping. (B) If you are returning the product because you ordered the wrong product or do not like the product then you will pay the shipping fee plus a 15% restocking fee. (C) Lastly, if you are returning the product because the carrier damaged it your shipping insurance, if you purchased shipping insurance, will cover this cost. If you did not pay for shipping insurance, then you will need to file a claim with the carrier or you will need to pay for the shipping yourself.
