We will accept returns within 15 days of your receipt. Exceptions to this are damaged and defective items, which have their own return policy (see below).
Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with manufacturer's original packaging.
Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.
Returning new items in their original condition due to other reasons, such as dissatisfaction, will result in a 15% restocking fee, which will be charged from the total order.
In no event shall BulbAmerica’s liability exceed the purchase price paid (if any), including shipping costs (if applicable), for the products available for sale on our web site.
Damaged products: If a package arrives and is damaged, please notify us within 5 days of your receipt, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call our customer service line TOLL FREE 24/7 at (888) 505-2111. Claims against a common shipping carrier must be made by us.
Save all packaging for any claims.
International Sales are Final and non-refundable.
Demo or Used products which were sold through the Clearance Center can NOT be returned or refunded.
Due to their seasonal nature, we do not accept returns on Christmas / Holiday / Event items.
