New Checkout Explained

What is this new checkout system about?
Our new checkout is offered in partnership with Klarna and allows customers to securely save their payment checkout experience.

How does pay after delivery work?
Pay after delivery allows eligible customers to order items now and pay for them later. It's simple and there's no need to sign up for an account. After your purchase, you'll have the option to pay immediately or at any time within 14 days after the item has shipped, in most cases.

I haven't received an email with my statement/payment information.

What happens if I can't pay my statement by the due date?
Payment is typically due 14 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, we'll alert you two days before payment is due. You'll receive email reminders to help you avoid any delayed payment fees.

May I deliver to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, your billing address can be different from your shipping address.

Have you received my payment?
After we've received your payment, we'll send a confirmation email to the address used on your order. If you've made a payment but haven't received a confirmation email, just email us at customerservice@klarna.com or call Customer Service at 844-552-7621.
