This is a Type TL 25-amp Time Delay Tamper-Proof Base Fuse rated for 125V AC (or less).
The FUSTAT fuses are designed with a time-lag feature that prevents motor-starting surges from blowing the fuse.
Overloads longer than the time-delay, and all short-circuits will blow the fuse.
FUSTAT is designed to prevent oversize fusing and tampering through their finer and smaller diameter thread. FUSTAT (TL Type or SL Type) for circuits containing motor driven tools or appliances.
