NICOR 6 in. LED Housing for Remodel Applications, IC-Rated

This six-inch LED housing is suitable for remodel in residential and commercial applications. Its also IC Rated making it suitable for direct contact with insulation and airtight to further insulate your home or office. It comes equipped with an IDEAL connection to quickly connect LED downlights to improve light efficiency. It features Integral thermal guards to protect against overheating (usually due to using an incorrect wattage or bulb). The housing adjusts from 1/2 to 1 1/2 to accommodate ceiling thickness and its 5 3/4 height allows it to be used in 2 x 6 joist construction. Includes cut-out template, and is covered under NICORs 1-year warranty.
