Ushio America introduces the ENERGY STAR certified Uphoria LED MR16 lampfamily available in 6W and 8W models that offer an energy saving alternative to 35W and50W halogen lamps.
With the form, fit and function of traditional halogen MR16 lamps, these dimmable,12-volt lamps are light-weight with a smooth reflector design and provide 80-85%savings on energy costs. These premium LED MR16 lamps are damp location rated, andare available in Narrow Flood and Flood beam spreads.
Uphoria LED MR16 lamps also have a special thermal design that allows air to flowthrough the inside and outside of the lamp and over the heat sink to maintain properthermal management of the LEDs. This maintains a quality light output while ensuringlong life. This unique air flow design cools the lamp without the use of unappealing heatsink fins or expensive and energy consuming internal fans.
