Elation has struck again with another clever and highly useful product for event lighting and indoor architectural lighting, the Event Brick System. Elation’s Event Brick System features 12 one-watt Luxeon LED bulbs (4 red, 4 blue, 4 green), each rated for 100,000hrs, and a 44˚ angle, ideal for producing perfect wall washes and bathing architectural details in color. What sets the Event Brick System apart from other light bar system and similar modules is the limitless versatility of this fixture. Like many LED fixtures available today, the Event Brick can be ran in either stand alone, DMX , or master/slave configurations depending on how you want to use them. In order to reduce the number of hardware you need to use and the amount of clutter your lighting system creates, the Event Brick system comes with a wireless DMX receiver built in. The Event Brick can be powered by either plugging it directly into the wall, or by running it on its built-in battery, giving you another means of reducing the number of cables your system requires. For limitless versatility in performance, the Event Brick feature RGB additive color mixing, capable of producing 16.7 million colors, strobing, and 100% dimming so you can add dimension and excitement to any installation. Furthermore, how you mount your Event Brick is totally up to you. The multiple yokes on the Event’s Brick’s housing means you can mount it to any truss or floor mount it as well. Lastly, the Event Brick consumes a meager 30w and produces little heat, so you can be sure it won’t make your space too warm or consume precious electricity.
